My New Ride!!!

I'm still waiting for that new "Star Trek" technology. You know, where we don't have to drive anymore, but will be able to go anywhere we want in the blink of an eye simply by being "beamed up" or "over" or "down" or whatever? But, I guess until then, a car or other vehicle will be a necessary thing in life. You see, our van's transmission blew up just last week, and I already have a car with a thrown rod (this year isn't starting out too great in the vehicular department). However, I have spent the last few days haggling, walking out, trying to get the best deal on a vehicle. Amazingly, we have had a pretty good time of it. One van that was listed for $22,000.00 was all the way down to $15,900.00 including Tax/Title and License. Not too shabby. I've never really enjoyed the haggling process, but it seems I'm getting the hang of it. Enter the White Expedition you see before you. Maybe I'm just tired of driving the dreaded "mini-van" but my whole family is excited about this vehicle. It's BIG and drives and handles like a dream! Hope you enjoy the pictures of my first SUV.
